We are Facing a Housing Crisis

Delta is known for supporting people with intellectual disabilities through the Reach Child and Youth Development Society, Sources Community Resources Society, Delta Community Living Society, Delta School District, Special Olympics - Delta and other community agencies.

We have large numbers of children with intellectual disabilities who have matured to adulthood. This is their community.

• Many of them are living at home with aging parents.  
• Delta currently has very few housing options for this population.

• Gaining tax free income through CLBC's home sharing program can help you enter the housing market, or help you age in place. Attend this event to learn more about the funding and supports available through CLBC.

• Meeting the requirements for a legal suite in Delta might be important to you. Hear about the upcoming changes.
