Plain-language glossary
Community Living BC. The provincial agency that funds and arranges support for adults with developmental disabilities.
Planned Lifetime Advocacy Network. Helps build lasting circles of friends and support around a person.
Registered Disability Savings Plan. A long-term savings plan, with government help, to secure a person's future.
Homes in the regular community where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live with the right support, not apart from everyone else.
