Open any piece of the Puzzle House above and you will find the words that belong to that step, explained in plain language. Here are the ones that come up most often.
CLBC
Community Living BC. The provincial agency that funds and arranges support for adults with developmental disabilities.
PLAN
Planned Lifetime Advocacy Network. Helps build lasting circles of friends and support around a person.
RDSP
Registered Disability Savings Plan. A long-term savings plan, with government help, to secure a person's future.
Inclusive housing
Homes in the regular community where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live with the right support, not apart from everyone else.
