On July 26th, 2021, the Evergreen Lane Redevelopment Project was given first and second reading by Delta Council. This project includes 10 units for people with intellectual disabilities through Delta Housing Be Mine Society.
Public hearing is scheduled for September 9th, 202l.

The Delta Housing Be Mine Society is a non-profit society. The community of Delta is south of Vancouver in BC, Canada.
