The City of Delta is undertaking a Housing Action Plan in 2019-2020 to address Delta’s specific housing needs in all areas of the housing continuum, ranging from emergency shelter to attainable homeowner ship.
The Housing Action Plan will assess the housing needs throughout the city and develop strategies to respond to these needs today and into the future.
